We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service. You may not:

• Use the Service publicly without permission
• Reverse engineer the software
• Remove copyright notices
• Transfer or mirror the materials elsewhere

3. Free Trial

• Silver: 3 days
• Gold: 7 days
• Platinum: 10 days
• Diamond: 14 days

No card required. Trial data is stored for 30 days post‑expiry. Accounts suspend after trial unless upgraded.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Data & Privacy

Your usage is governed by our Privacy Policy ( /legal/privacy).

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are due in advance. Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law. Pricing changes may occur with 30‑day notice.

7. Limitations of Liability

Tattvix Quotation is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or profit loss.

8. Revisions

Materials may contain errors and may be updated without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.
